By using MediConnect, you agree to the following terms.

Platform Role

MediConnect is a discovery and booking platform connecting patients with independent doctors and hospitals. We do not provide medical advice or treatment ourselves.

Doctor & Hospital Registration

Doctors and hospitals must pay a one-time registration fee and provide accurate information about their qualifications, services, and location. MediConnect reserves the right to verify, approve, reject, or suspend any listing.

Appointment Bookings

Patients may book appointments as a guest without creating an account. Appointment confirmations are subject to the doctor or hospital's availability and acceptance.

Online Payments

Where a doctor or hospital accepts online payment, MediConnect deducts a platform commission (currently 5%) from the consultation fee before crediting the provider's wallet. Payment is optional — patients may also pay directly at the clinic.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a refund if paid online. See our Refund Policy for details.

Limitation of Liability

MediConnect is not responsible for the quality of medical care provided by listed doctors or hospitals. All medical decisions remain between the patient and the healthcare provider.
